How to Pay
Our clinics accept cash, checks and credit cards, with available. Many insurance plans are accepted, and some practices offer payment plans. If you would like more information, please ask our patient representatives when scheduling your next appointment.
To make a payment online, please log into your , go to Billing and select the Pay Now button to the left. Note: The Pay Now button only appears if you have a balance on your account. If you cannot access your MyChart account, please use the Pay as Guest option on the right side of the page.
To pay by phone or for questions about your bill, please call the UT Dentistry Billing Office at 210-567-6405.
Insurance
Most UT Dentistry clinics have in-network providers for BlueCross BlueShield, Cigna, Delta Dental, Humana Dental and United Concordia dental insurance carriers, with additional carriers in-network depending on the clinic. It is always best to confirm and verify all insurance coverage for any visits or procedures.
Our Student Dental Clinic is not in-network for any insurance carriers, and payment is due at the time of service, with any claims submitted by patients following their treatment.
